Emmaka Porchea-Veneszee, founder of IEMME Consulting, started her career in the U.S. Navy serving as an Executive Assistant.
After a successful career in the Navy, she went on to work at the U.S. Pentagon, National Security Agency and the White House as a Senior Confidential Executive Assistant and Resource Manager. Her passion for the job was the main ingredient to any problem or challenge she faced. As she grew in her career, she welcomed greater responsibility and began to learn the operations and personal management side of the organization and landed her first role as Associate Chief of Staff at the Federal Communications Commission. From there, her talents and passion for executive support sent her to work at Facebook for CEO Mark Zuckerberg as his Deputy Assistant. For the past 20 years, Emmaka has worked in Government, Military, the Tech Industry, Venture Capital and Global Law firms supporting some of the most influential and innovative Executives in the world. When she decided to become an entrepreneur, she realized that she could not give up her passion, therefore she built her business model around pairing the best and brightest candidates around the country with Executives and companies creating the perfect match. Today IEMME Consulting has been extremely successful and focuses on building long lasting relationships that work in the best interest of candidates and clients alike around the globe.
