1. Sourcing Candidates:
IEMME Consulting utilizes a diverse pool of recruiting methods and other reliable resources to find candidates, including referrals.
For short-term temporary positions -- we depend on our database of diverse and professional candidates. For long-term positions -- because we know each client has its own corporate identity and culture, each search requires a unique approach. We work closely with our clients to identify their staffing needs and those qualifications and criteria most important in framing their search.
2. The Process:
Stage 1: IEMME Consulting recruiters reviews résumés, and advances all qualified and recommended candidates to the video conference screening stage. During screening, candidates are evaluated on professionalism and the ability to connect. Candidates that pass the screening are then scheduled for testing.
Testing and Paperwork
Stage 2: After screening, candidates are given a series of tests, specifically related to requirements for the targeted position.
All applicants are required to fill out a IEMME Consulting candidate application, a supplemental questionnaire, and other paperwork such as tax forms and releases for background and credit checks. They also receive information on IEMME Consulting placement policies and sign a confidentiality agreement.
Stage 3: An IEMME Consulting recruiter will interview each applicant asking questions to determine whether or not the applicant is a good fit for company culture and has what it takes to be successful in the position.
Stage 4: IEMME Consulting connects with employment references to confirm that they are positive and pertain to the candidate’s most recent positions. The reference check is a true conversation, the goal is to gain a clear picture of the candidates previous performance.
IEMME Consulting bills for direct-hire placements on a contingent-fee basis, payable after the employee’s start date. The fee is based upon the employee’s annual compensation.
For temp-to-hire placements, employers are billed on contingency, based on annual compensation and payable after the employee has been hired. The fee is discounted $100 for each week of work the temporary employee completes and is supported by a guarantee that is prorated along with the percentage of fee reduction.
IEMME Consulting clients are billed at competitive hourly rates for temporary employees.
All IEMME Consulting temporary candidates are covered by unemployment, worker’s compensation, and general business liability insurance.
